California State University, Northridge is committed to making recreation accessible to all students. One way they have honored that commitment is through their inclusive facility tours. They have a large population of hearing impaired students. To make their facility tours more inclusive and accessible, they used the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) video capabilities to record tours guided by one of their students proficient in (ASL) American Sign Language. The video follows the facility tour script provided by the tour guides. The person taking the tour is provided an iPad with the video loaded, and they are ready to go!
